The Jersey Waterfront Enterprise Board Limited was incorporated in Jersey on 21 February 1996.
The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiary undertakings are property holding, development and estate management.
On incorporation the Company was vested with responsibility for the co-ordination and promotion of development in the St Helier Waterfront Area on behalf of the States of Jersey.
