Castle Quay
Phase 1 of the Castle Quays mixed use scheme was designed by the world acclaimed architect Eric R. Kuhne who is best known for Bluewater shopping centre in Kent, Cockle Bay Wharf, Sydney and Titantic Quarter Belfast. Planning approval was granted in October 2007 and a Development Agreement with Castle Quays Developments Ltd. a company wholly owned by Dandara was signed in June 2008. read more about this development
